July 13th at 6:30pm -  Fartlek Run (distance run with differing speed)

Come join us and Coach O'Connor for the 2010 outdoor track season.  We'll be training at Woburn High  School.  All are welcome so join us!  Check us out and become a member!


	

 
 5 mile run meet up at the fire station across from the Irish American  6:30pm.  Check us out and become a member!
 


 
 	
6:30 am- Lexington trails   They will meet at the Fiske parking lot
 


 7:00 am - Damaris and Dave will lead a group for 11 miles at the Lex trails Sat. morning

Sunday July 11th, 9:00: am Bob Croke will lead a run from Jimmy’s Restaurant in Burlington.  5 ½ miles and it will be half road half trail.
 

Sunday Jully 11th, 9:00am: Ralph and Ellen will lead a group for a 13 mile run at 9:00 am at the Breakheart reservation in Wakefield. See here for directions
