Warmup
20 minutes at T pace
10 minutes very easy
10 minutes at T pace
1-mile jog warm down

The Coaches can help you with adjusting the distance and the workout depending on your weekly mileage. You should do no more than 10 percent of your weekly mileage of total T pace in any one workout. You can plug in your T pace and 10 percent of your weekly mileage into this online calculator and it will tell you what that equates to for total time at T pace.

Purpose: T pace training is great for working on endurance and lactate threshold. It trains your body to hold a faster pace for longer.
