This weekly run includes a Quality Workout from the weekly Training Schedule, starts in the range of 7:30-8:00 am, usually from the Horn Pond Pump Station parking lot, and usually includes a shorter and a longer course option. All runners are welcome. One of our Coaches usually attends this run. The meeting time and place may vary.
